- Our services are prepaid and your account is considered active, billable and renewable unless cancelled by the subscriber/customer (you). You may cancel some or all of your service(s) at the end of the term or before your next invoice is generated by contacting us either by phone, letter, email or in person. However, if you cancel some of your services, the charges of the remaining services will continue as per the terms and conditions.
- Cancellation can take effect on the day that customer specified if applicable and charges will continue until that day.
- BEFORE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED: You can cancel Jibfou services 2 days before installation date and a full refund will be made upon return all equipment in good condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded if applicable.
- AFTER INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED: Cancellation of Internet services after installation is completed a refund will be made upon equipment is returned in good condition but Installation charges will not be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded as well if applicable.
- AFTER CANCELLATION: You are responsible to return all FREE or FREE of rent equipment within 15 days or unreturned equipment will be charged to your account. You are also responsible to clear any and all outstanding accounts within 115 days.
- Any credit on the account will be refunded within 15 days.
- We reserve the right to immediately suspend or cancel services if you breach any terms of our policy or if your fail to pay your prepaid service/account. (see our Terms and Conditions section for more details).
- All our services are prepaid and allpayment terms are preauthorized payment plan. You are responsible to update your banking information or credit card on file information if changed.
